New Obsession

I rarely make jewelry for myself. Don't get me wrong, I wear my own designs all the time but I don't often make pieces specifically for personal use.  Usually, my personal pieces comes from either extra inventory, pieces that had slight flaws or old samples.
This past week I had a sudden desire to design a personal piece that was bold, fun and eye catching- using all neutral tones. Currently, my favorite crystal shade is Silver and so instead of designing an entirely new piece,  I thought, well why not stack three Eva's of the same color- and viola! - exactly what I was looking for.

HOLIDAY HOOPLA (PART TWO)!

I walked Lucca past the neighborhood nursery today and the smell of fresh Christmas trees was overwhelming! I wanted to run in and drag one home with us, but I knew that would be a disaster- Lucca would have it on it's side, ornaments strewn about & lights tangled around his body in no time. I can just see the guilty, yet satisfied, look he'd have on his face.

Blogging has not come easy to me but with all sorts of changes and news on the horizon, I figured it's time to get back to it (and keep it up!) First off, Moushart is on the brink of changing over to it's new name "mimi & lu". I can't wait to have the logo finalized so that all the marketing can be changed. In the meantime, I'm plugging away at holiday orders which brings me to the next big thing....
